Licence

All products sold on System.Supply are licensed digital products and are not sold as transferable ownership. When you purchase a product from System.Supply, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product according to the licence type selected at checkout. Some products may offer more than one licence type, while others may offer a single licence option.

Single Site Licence

A Single Site Licence allows use of a purchased product on one website or project only. This licence permits use of the product for personal projects, commercial work, or client work, provided the product is used on a single final website or deployment. If the product is used to create a website for a client, transfer of the completed website to the client’s account is permitted and counts as the one permitted site under the licence. If the product is used on multiple websites or separate projects, additional licences must be purchased. Where only one licence option is available for a product, that licence is considered a Single Site Licence by default.

Unlimited Site Licence

An Unlimited Site Licence allows use of the purchased product on multiple websites or projects owned or managed by the purchaser. This licence permits use across personal projects, commercial work, and client work without limitation on the number of final websites or deployments. Unlimited Site Licences are only available on products where this option is presented at checkout.

Permitted Use

You may modify purchased products to suit your own needs or those of your clients. You may use products in completed work delivered to clients, including websites, applications, and digital projects. Products may be used as part of a larger project, provided the original files are not distributed as standalone items.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the product available to others as a standalone item. Products purchased from System.Supply may not be offered as competing templates, themes, or digital products, whether modified or unmodified. You may not make the original files publicly available, whether for free or for sale, and you may not claim any System.Supply product as your own original work.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in System.Supply products remain the property of System.Supply. Purchasing a product grants a licence to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.
