Digital Products

System.Supply™ sells digital templates and assets delivered instantly after purchase. No physical goods are shipped. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that:

• All sales provide access to downloadable digital files.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the required software (e.g., Framer) to use the product.

• Minor variations to design, functionality, or compatibility may occur as Framer or third-party tools evolve.

Licences

Each template or asset includes one of the following licence options. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of the licence you select.

Standard Licence

• Permits use of the template for one website or project.

• Allowed for personal projects, commercial projects, and client work.

• Not permitted: reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or using the template as a base for products you sell.

Extended Licence

• Permits use of the template for multiple end-client projects within your own studio or business.

• You may use the template internally for repeated professional use across your portfolio.

• Not permitted: reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or turning the template into a product or template that you sell.

Both licences prohibit:

• Reselling or sharing the template files or any modified version of them.

• Presenting the design or system as original work.

• Uploading or distributing the template on any marketplace or template platform.

Refund Policy

All digital sales are final.

By completing a purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you waive your 14-day cancellation right.

Refunds are only issued where required by law or if a technical issue cannot be fixed.

Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used during purchase. System.Supply™ is not responsible for lost access to files due to changes in your email account, storage, or device issues.

Third-Party Services

Some products rely on external services (e.g., Framer, Spline, Unicorn). Their terms apply separately. System.Supply™ is not responsible for downtime, changes, or limitations introduced by third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

All templates, components, images, animations, and assets on System.Supply™ remain the intellectual property of System Supply™ Ltd. Purchase provides a licence to use the product, not ownership of the underlying IP.

Limitation of Liability

System.Supply™ provides all products “as is” without guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, System.Supply™ is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Business interruption

• Data loss

• Issues caused by misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party platform changes

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the website or products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
